Visit the Dimensions support center
Prior to submitting a technical support request, we encourage you to visit the extensive library of commonly asked questions and answers provided in Dimension’s support center, which can be accessed via the link in the upper right of your Dimensions screen.
Contact Dimensions or the Library directly
If you are unable to find a solution in the support center, further technical support is available by using one of the following methods:
- Select "Ask for help" from the Support menu in the application and submit a ticket
- If the above method does not work, send a direct email to support@dimensions.ai
- Contact Scholarly Communication at the Library for individual support or to request group training
